How we put a team together
Every event has one A Culinary Affair event coordinator as the main point of contact from set-up to breakdown. Around them, we size the team to the event: from a compact crew for a private dinner to a full brigade of chefs, service staff, bartenders and production staff for a large corporate event.
What guests see
Our standard staff uniform consists of white button-down shirts, black chinos, black dress shoes and green aprons. For weddings, brand activations or themed events, we can adapt the uniforms to the visual identity of the event.
How it feels
Great events depend on a team that stays calm, attentive and hospitable, including when things are busy behind the scenes. We build a working environment in which people know their role, communicate clearly and take responsibility for the guest experience.
